Return / Refund Policy
On delivery, the person who placed the order must be the person who picks up or receives delivery – required to show picture ID and provide the credit/debit card used to effect payment;
All sales are final. No refunds or returns. Any product(s) that has left Broadway Cannabis store will not be accepted for a refund or return. Please ensure you are satisfied with the product quantity, product type, method, and/or strain purchased before leaving the store. No open product will be accepted for a return or refund at any time.
